Altion Law is a legal practice based in Furzton Lake, Milton Keynes run by 2 directors. Due to strong business growth we are now seeking a commercial dispute solicitor to join our team. Altion Law focuses on providing businesses with commercial legal advice and assisting with residential building disputes, as well as having strong practice areas in construction and HMRC regulatory disputes.
Altion Law is now expanding and this role would suit a candidate who can not only manage their own caseload but would also like to play a part in strategic business development and growth. The candidate would be a self starter with commercial acumen and a solid background in general commercial litigation. They must be able to manage their own caseload including attending any required client meetings and liaising with Counsel.
The ideal candidate will be someone with good attention to detail, strong litigation skills and clear commercial awareness. Common sense and commercial acumen are essential. The working environment is supported by a cloud based IT and phone systems. The role offers a lot of scope for future career development as Altion Law is an expanding business and is looking for the right candidates to join our team and in exchange, the right candidate will be offered a competitive salary (£35-£45k depending on experience).

Commercial Solicitor - Contentious – Milton Keynes
We are seeking an ambitious, robust and commercially focused general commercial litigation solicitor to join our law company based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate should be between 2 – 4 years PQE, and will be responsible for their own caseload as well as assisting the directors where required.
A solid understanding of a variety of general commercial litigation is essential, as is a requirement to offer a commercially minded solution to any issue at hand. Good IT skills required.
In addition to core commercial litigation experience the candidate should be a good communicator who is both keen to develop skills in new areas and focused on achieving the best outcomes for our clients. They should also be commercially minded and be willing to work with the directors to drive the company’s continued growth.
